Hotel Reservation Policies

3. CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW CHARGE For cancellations please contact our reservations department at dptoreservas@capilladelmar.com

The hotel will charge the No show (Non-fulfillment of the reservation) in case of no-show on the scheduled check-in day. The charge of 20% of the total value or established rate of the reservation will be made.

4. EARLY CHECK-INE It is a pleasure for us to allow your check-in before the established time, however it is subject to the availability of the Hotel at the time of your arrival. If you want to guarantee that the room is available upon your arrival, we recommend that you reserve the room one night before the current arrival date or consider the following values:

5. LATE CHECK-OUTSubject to hotel availability and has an additional charge: until 03:00 pm $92,000 + 19% VAT, until 06:00 pm $138,000 + 19% VAT, until 08:00 pm $178,000 + 19% VAT, after 8pm the full value of the night is charged.

6. At the time of entering and guaranteeing the reservation, it will imply acceptance of the terms and conditions, without the need for a conventional signature.

7. IMPORTANT: For minors to enter the hotel, it is necessary to present the minor's civil registry and identity card. If they are not accompanied by their parents, the person responsible for caring for the minors must present a document authorizing possession of the minor, duly signed and authenticated by at least one of the parents. Law 1098 of 2006 Code of childhood and adolescence.
