With the perspective of time and already in our country, Chile, viewing photos and videos from the beautiful city of Cartagena, we can only say how fortunate it was our decision to visit Colombia and your city and in particular given the hotel you manage.
We can only say that everything was great quality, much attention in the bedrooms, a clean, cleanliness and comfort worthy of comment.
Regarding attention and food Buffet, absolutely satisfied, all very good.
Deserve special mention as both the Restaurant Alfredo Pianetto as Maitre Chef Luis Diaz, worry about the smallest details to meet the requirements of its guests, the attention of Mr. Pianetto is commendable excellence as the plates prepared by Don Luis that he took photographs for his outstanding presentation and taste nothing to say.
The staff serving the Restaaurante, all in general, not to dismiss anyone accidentally, very attentive and concerned the requirements that we make.
We can only recommend to our friends who are traveling to Cartagena you prefer your hotel, as their quality standards are the best.
We hope to visit them next time.
